This class is treated horribly by the rest of the school since it’s where the students who failed to keep their grades up are sent. Class 3E, nicknamed the End Class by the main campus, is located on a mountain that is one kilometer away from the main campus. Apparently, the school is separated into two campuses. The show mainly takes place in Class 3E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School. I didn’t know this until after finishing the show, but the openings are sung by some of the characters’ voice actors as well!Īnyways, season one, like usual, is a bit slow paced since it deals with plot and character explanations. I loved all opening songs (My favorite is the second one ‘Jiriki Hongan Revolution) except for the fourth one, but I felt that it was a nice fit for what is going on during the final season. The opening theme is a happy, fun song that doesn’t really set the mood for ‘assassinating your teacher’ but I liked it. That creature is later named by the class as Koro-sensei. Yeah I liked its concept of “this octopus-like creature will be your teacher for the year but you’ll have to kill him within that time in order to save earth”. When I first began watching this series, I didn’t think much of it. This tasks seems impossible, however, due to the fact that Koro-sensei has many powers at his disposal, one being the ability to move at mach 20 speed. The Japanese government offers an award of 10 billion yen to whoever manages to the creature later named Koro-sensei.
